Travel has defined my career from the very beginning, shaping a professional journey rooted in exceptional experiences and refined expertise. I began on the frontline of London’s leading travel agencies before moving into tour operating, where I became a key buyer and Product Manager specialising in Africa, the Indian Ocean, India and the Middle East.

From there, I went on to curate and lead the ultra-luxury programme for a prominent UK tour operator, before transitioning into luxury travel marketing and representation.

Widely recognised within African and Indian Ocean sales circles and beyond, I am known for my strategic approach to rate negotiation, brand positioning and long-term partnership building. With an in-depth understanding of both our destinations and the UK luxury travel market, I work closely with clients and partners to ensure each product is expertly placed, thoughtfully represented and consistently relevant in an ever-evolving landscape.

Luxury travel is not just my profession, but a personal passion. As a parent of two, I continue to explore the world with my children – cultivating a shared appreciation for meaningful travel and setting the benchmark high from an early age.

I have been lucky enough to work in the travel industry for over 20 years , and had the chance to work on and travel to some amazing destinations, including contracting hotels all around France & Monte Carlo, managing the product for Australia, New Zealand, China, Dubai, Maldives, Mauritius and Sri Lanka. Its safe to say I have now fallen in love with the Indian Ocean, and feel very privileged to be working for Bespoke Earth on these amazing products.

I love to organise and keep busy, my all-time passion is travel, of course and my favourite destination is the Maldives (funnily enough!) where I was lucky enough to get engaged and enjoy my honeymoon! However, I have recently acquired a motorhome and I am now also enjoying travelling round the UK. I also love working on a good up cycle project, I’ve always got some project on the go! disappointment!! Ha ha….!!

Born and raised in South Africa, my love of travel, people and adventure has shaped everything I’ve done. Growing up surrounded by the extraordinary landscapes and wildlife of Southern Africa, it felt only natural that I’d find my way into tourism — and once I did, I never looked back.

Over 15 years in the industry gave me the privilege of working across diverse portfolios of luxury properties and high-end experiential products – each one unique, each one extraordinary, helping discerning travellers create memories that stay with them long after they’ve unpacked. That’s what has always driven me.

Connecting with people is at the heart of everything I have done throughout my career. The relationships built have always meant the world to me. I believe it’s the little details that matter most — and that’s where the magic truly begins. Over 3 years ago, I took my own leap of faith and relocated to the UK with my family — a new adventure in every sense of the word. And now, watching my children experience the world with wide, wondering eyes, I’m reminded every single day of exactly why this work matters so much.

I am absolutely thrilled to be part of the Bespoke Earth family, bringing my South African roots, my passion for luxury travel and my love of people to a team that truly shares those values.

I first got the travel bug almost 30 years ago in the Travel Industry working within the retail sector. It was the best career I could have ever wished for. It was like being presented with the front door key to the entire world and as a plus, my dedication and hard work paid off when I was given the keys to my first retail travel shop to manage!

Having spent the last few years working with agents within the MICE Sector, arranging and planning their Luxury Hotel & Resort stays, I also worked as a home-based Travel Business Associate within the Luxury Travel Leisure Sector. I am known for my impeccable service levels and I am delighted to have made so many friends in business too, people do buy people first!

To say I am thrilled to be part of the team at Bespoke Earth is an understatement and as someone once said, “Find a job you love and you will never work a day again.” I do believe I have won the jackpot there.

I adore travelling with my husband, we even got married overseas. I am extremely lucky to have experienced so many places – a Game Reserve in South Africa, a Padi Open Water course in The Maldives, cruising in Alaska and snowmobiling in Yellowstone Park to name a few. Life really is for living after all. My children flew the nest a long time ago, my son runs a pub and my daughter is following her acting dream in California. I now have access to delightful cocktails and I am awaiting my red carpet invite anytime soon. I am a very happy bunny indeed! 😊 !!
